What is Feedback?

Feedback is a valuable tool used to leave comments about the buyer or seller once a transaction is complete. The amount of feedback will depend on the number of transactions the user has made. A score will be shown based on the feedback the member has received.

These comments and scores will be available for all users to view and may help others determine if you are a reputable person to deal with.

Leaving feedback for a buyer or seller after the transaction is complete is not mandatory but it is something helpful to other users and is highly recommended and encouraged.

Remember that feedback is permanent and public so think carefully before posting your comments. Try to remain honest and fair in your feedback and stick with the facts.

Always try to resolve any problems with your auction partner first before leaving any negative feedback.

You will be able to leave feedback on any single transaction for up to 180 days. After the 180 days it will drop off of your 'Leave Feedback For Others' area under the Account tab.
