Member Created Content

Member created content published or edited by CPAPAuction members is solely the opinion and responsibility of the person posting the content. All content posted by CPAPAuction members must comply with all aspects of the CPAPAuction User Agreement and this policy.

Violating this policy might lead to a series of actions, including:

• Removal of Content

• Limited account access and abilities

• Suspended account

• The forfeiture of CPAPAuction fees on terminated listings

• Listing termination

Please contact us to report to us any violation of this policy and include all pertinent information.

Included, but not limited to, are the following examples of content and actions which are not permitted in the member-created content areas such as product descriptions:

• Promoting or announcing to buy, sell, or trade any product or service listed or located outside of CPAPAuction.

• Posting published content in an incorrect category.

• Using another CPAPAuction member's images or text without first obtaining the express consent of that member.

• Using intellectual property without the property owners express permission, where applicable

• Publishing content with any type of advertising credits, including links, logos, or company names.

• Publishing more than one identical piece of content concurrently.

• Encouraging, promoting, facilitating, or instructing others to engage in illegal activity or to violate CPAPAuction policy.

• Enabling, encouraging, or instructing others to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

• Recommending or publishing giveaways, lotteries, random drawings, raffles, or prizes of any kind.

• Using HTML in ways that are not permitted on CPAPAuction. See CPAPAuction's HTML Policy for more information.

• Using keywords, arbitrary links, erroneous titles, text, or additional content not directly applicable to the subject of that content in an attempt to gain attention or divert users towards the content. For details on abuse of keywords see our Keyword Spam Policy.

• Publishing content or images that are adult in nature or otherwise not appropriate for minors (individuals under 18 years of age).

• Linking from content posted on CPAPAuction to other sites that involve offers to trade, sell, or buy products or services outside of CPAPAuction is not permitted.

• Linking to products, services, or content forbidden on CPAPAuction or to other sites that provide products, services, or content forbidden on CPAPAuction.

• Falsifying your identity as an CPAPAuction employee or as another CPAPAuction member.

• Posting content that encourages or praises violence, hatred, racial, or religious intolerance, or any content that promotes organizations with such views.

• Using profanity or language that is obviously vulgar anywhere on the CPAPAuction website.

• Publishing personal contact information of any person in any public area of CPAPAuction, including emails, phone numbers, name, street address, etc.

• Abusing the ability to report violations to CPAPAuction support staff by submitting malicious or frivolous reports.

• Artificially manipulating any ratings or scores on CPAPAuction.
