Who sets the machine according to my prescription?

CPAPAuction members agree to be held solely responsible for setting, according to their own prescription, any CPAP machine, BiPap or BiLevel machine, Auto-Adjusting CPAP machine, or any other type of prescribed respiratory equipment, that is purchased from other CPAPAuction members, based on their own valid prescription.

However, if the seller is qualified to set the prescription equipment following all local, state, national, and federal laws, perhaps the buyer may be able to make some arrangement with the seller to have the machine set up according to the buyer's valid prescription before the items is shipped. Any such arrangements are strictly between the seller and the buyer.
