CPAPAuction processes
Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described- Used if you paid for an item and never received it, or if you paid for the item and received it, but it was significantly different from the item listing description.
Unpaid Item Dispute - Used if a member bought an auction item from you but did not pay for it.
CPAPAuction's aim is to encourage a safe place for our members to transact. If issues arise regarding a transaction, CPAPAuction offers help by assisting with communication between CPAPAuction members, and utilizes many different means and methods to help protect against fraud.
What CPAPAuction can do
When suspicious activity is reported, CPAPAuction investigates the circumstances. CPAPAuction will warn, suspend, or otherwise sanction accounts that violate our policies.
CPAPAuction gives members the option to request contact information and communicate directly with trading partners.
CPAPAuction cooperates with all law enforcement investigations.
What CPAPAuction cannot do
CPAPAuction is unable to take action on a member's behalf. This includes contacting a member directly to ask about the status of an item.
CPAPAuction cannot force a member to live up to their legal obligations involved in a transaction.
